Here is a showcase of some
of the art and craft work made by members of the guild. These artists and
crafters do not always attend craft fairs regularly, so if you are interested in
buying their work please follow their website or email links. At present we have
nearly 30 members doing crafts that include card-making, woodcraft,
jewellery and upholstery.

I particularly specialize in wedding services that may
include ring cushions and larger cushions embroidered with the bridal
flowers, Victorian bouquets containing flowers with meaning, table
decorations and favours such as sachets and corncraft.

as more interesting items such as jewellery rolls. I also create a range
of seasonal products that make ideal gifts for both children and adults.

The inspiration I have for
my handbags, is taken from life itself: colour, shapes, moods and light. Each item
has been made with care and has a high standard of finish.
All fabric will be chosen
for colour, texture and will be unique for shape and style; I do try not
to repeat, because each bag is a passion and desire to be different.
The ranges of bags I make
vary in size and shape, something for all tastes and uses.

Commissioned scarf

I
paint
original designs on silk scarves using wax resist and steam-fixed dyes.
My main collection of scarves has wax motifs resisting three almost
random colours. I paint mostly on crêpe satin and lightweight crêpe de
chine with a price range between 16.00 - 22.00. Matching scarf
clips are made for some scarves,
I also offer a bespoke service, painting silk with pictures featuring
different themes such as pets, astrology or places.
